This blog isn't the normal for entertainment or education reading. I'm not a witty, clever writer. I just have the inner absolute need to get things down on on paper (or screen). I've been journaling since age 12 - then in pen and book form. One challenge of my OCD, Serious Depression, & Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) (these are my medical diagnoses (my OCD side had to search for the correct spelling of that word. I know that the plural when audibly spoken ends with the "eez" sound but how to spell? And what are the rules for saying medical terms in plural form? Answer:
Singular Ending: Singular Example: Plural Rule Is: Plural Form:
is diagnosis Drop the is, add es diagnoses)
brain. My brain obsesses on words and letters. I compulsively count letters, among other things (if you want to know more, feel free to ask. I'm totally open about all of these issues). So, "in the back of my mind" I'm constantly composing a running dialog of what is currently being processed in my brain. A swirling vortex of words trying to order themselves to my satisfaction, to put into perfect words what I'm thinking, feeling, experiencing, etc. Extremely maddening and exhausting, but when the words all make sense I absolutely MUST write them.

Can't wait to see this movie!!! Finally a movie that seems to really get severe, chronic depression. It always helps me to have a visual to help explain to others what my life is like, often despite my meds.
